The LA Clippers are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Ticket Product and Strategy Intern to join our dynamic team at Intuit Dome. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in ticket product management and sales within the sports ticketing industry. The ideal candidate will assist in the development and execution of sales strategies, product enhancements, customer engagement initiatives and other exciting cross-functional projects. We are seeking applicants currently enrolled in a master’s degree/program until December 2025 and can work at our Inglewood office/hybrid for 16-24 hours per week from April to September 2025 (start and end dates are flexible based on school scheduled).
This is a part-time role based at Intuit Dome in Inglewood, CA and is not eligible for benefits.
What You Will Do:
Sales Strategy Support: Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive and creative sales strategies to drive ticket sales.
Product Enhancement: Collaborate with the product management team to enhance ticketing products and services based on market research and customer feedback.
Industry Research: Conduct in-depth entertainment, sports, basketball & other analyses to identify trends, opportunities and competitive insights.
Sales Support: Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Customer Engagement: Participate in customer engagement activities, including responding to inquiries and providing support.
Execution & Campaign Coordination: Assist in operational processes, sales enablement initiatives, and coordination of promotional campaigns and events.
Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Your Background, Skills, and Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a master's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, Data Science or a related field through to December 2025
Some experience (school projects OK) in product management, marketing, project management, quantitative analysis/modeling, data visualization, and client-facing presentations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Passion for the ticketing industry and a desire to learn and grow.
Availability:
Available for part-time work from April to September 2025 (start and end dates are flexible based on school scheduled).
Flexible hours to work around existing or future class schedule.
Typical workload of 16-24 hours per week.
This is a part-time hybrid role based in our Inglewood office.
Compensation:
Compensation for this role is $20.00/hour.
This role is classified as non-exempt.
