Business Analyst

What you'll do:

• Develop robust analytical solutions, share comprehensive user insights and actionable recommendations  (both predictive and prescriptive)
• Create scalable frameworks for user understanding and shape data-led strategies that directly inform product roadmap
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and craft intervention strategies to achieve organization goals
• Design and execute A/B tests and other experiments to validate features and optimize experiences

Must Haves:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering etc.)
• 2-4 years of experience in core Analytics domain
• Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to break down complex problems into structured components and present insights comprehensively with a clear point of view
• Excellent proficiency in SQL and expertise in working with large-scale datasets across multiple sources
• Expertise in any of the dashboarding/visualization tools - Looker / Power BI / AWS Quick Suite / Tableau

Good to have:

• Passion for sports
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management
• Experience in deploying complex Analytical solutions using Python/R
